Physical therapy treatments and services
When you're facing rehabilitation after an injury, surgery or illness, our experienced team of Northern Virginia physical therapy specialists is ready to help restore your function, improve mobility and relieve pain. One-on-one physical therapy treatment sessions are held in the hospital at the Reston Therapy & Fitness Center and include evaluation, hands-on therapeutic techniques, exercise instruction and education.
We help patients with arthritis, osteoporosis, neck, back or joint pain, sprains and strains, bursitis and tendonitis and carpal tunnel syndrome, as well as individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries and orthopedic surgery such as hand surgery or total joint replacement. To get started, you'll need your insurance information and a dated prescription from your doctor providing your diagnosis. If you're participating in fitness training, the prescription should provide medical clearance for exercise.
Before your first appointment, we first require that you download and complete the patient registration form. Bring this paperwork, your prescription, insurance card and photo ID to your first office visit. Dress in comfortable clothing.
