Jae Y. Lim, M.D. currently serves as the principal neurosurgeon at Atlantic Brain and Spine. He is also the Trauma Lead for Neurosurgery at the Reston Hospital Center and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Neurosurgery at Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Jae Lim graduated from Stanford University with dual degrees in economics and biological sciences then went on to attend Yale Medical School in order to obtain his medical degree. After receiving his M.D., he completed a surgical internship, neurosurgery residency and fellowship at the UCLA Medical Center as well as an additional fellowship in complex spinal surgery at the Ceder-Sinai Institute of Spinal Disorder. Dr. Jae Y. Lim, M.D. is board-certified in neurological surgery, is a member of the Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery (SMISS) in Northern Virginia and specializes in minimally invasive techniques that significantly reduce surgical impact and recovery times.
