The birth of a baby presents many, many changes to your family life. Most of the changes are wonderful, but that doesn't mean they are stress-free. Reston Hospital Center offers a variety of classes to support you and your family.
Sibling ClassesAttention, big sisters and brothers to be! In this enjoyable class, children learn about their new roles. Sessions include holding and diapering an infant doll. There is a fee. $15 for one child and $25 for two. For more information on class times and registration please visit our website at restonhospital.com or call 1-877-689-DOCS. These classes are held at Reston Hospital Center for children ages 3 to 4 years and for 4 to 6 years.
Infant CPR and SafetyDesigned for parents-to-be, this course focuses on first aid, specifically CPR, for newborns. Cost: $25 per person. Call 1-877-689-DOCS to register.
