Pre-Register at the Hospital
The seventh month of your pregnancy is a good time to send in the hospital pre-admission form. This assists our registration staff in verifying insurance information when you're admitted to the hospital. You, your spouse or significant other will still be required to stop by the registration office when you arrive to present your insurance card, photo identification, and to sign the conditions of admission form; however, your registration will go more quickly with the pre-admission form on file.
