Andrew Keller, MD
Interventional Cardiologist
Dr. Keller is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases and Critical Care Medicine. He has been an Active member of the hospital’s Medical Staff since 1988 and currently serves as the Medical Director of Chest Pain and Interventional Cardiology Services. He completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at Norwalk Hospital, Yale University, Connecticut. Dr. Keller completed a Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at the St. Louis University School of Medicine – St. John’s Mercy Medical Center and a Cardiology Fellowship at Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Lisse is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician and has been an Active member of our Medical Staff since August 1987. Dr. Lisse served as Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine from 1996 to 2011. Dr. Lisse also serves as the Operational Medical Director of the MWAA Dulles Airport Division.
Mark Madden, MD

Dr. Madden is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon and has been a member of our Medical Staff since 1989. He completed his Internship and Residency in Orthopedics at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. He served as Chair of the Credentials Committee for six years before becoming a Board Member.
Jen Sterling
President, RedThinking
Ms. Sterling has helped companies build awareness and brand preference for the past 20 years. She founded Red Thinking in early 2010 after eight years as president and co-founder of Hinge, a professional service strategic branding and marketing company. A graduate of Leadership Fairfax, Jen serves on several boards in the Northern Virginia area, including Leadership Fairfax; the Fairfax County Parks Foundation; Entrepreneur’s Organization; Devotion to Children; Initiative for Public Art-Reston, Let’s Help Kids; and other private company boards. She is a past-Chairman of the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce and of the INC.spire incubator. She was recognized at a finalist for the 2010 Enterprising Women of the Year award, and as winner of the Hot Momma’s Project providing leadership roles to women and girls globally. Jen is a graduate of George Washington University where she received a BA in Visual Communications with a minor in Psychology. She frequently speaks to audiences on the topics of branding, life lessons and entrepreneurship.
Charlene A. Wheeless
Principal Vice-President Corporate Affairs, Bechtel Corporation
As head of Global Corporate Affairs, responsible for all aspects of global employee, executive and external communications, issues management, reputation management, sustainable development and public affairs. She serves on the company’s marketing and business development and ethics and compliance working groups and is a director of the Bechtel Foundation.
An active member of the community, Charlene currently serves as a commissioner on the Loudoun County (Virginia) Economic Development Commission, and is on the Advisory Council for the George Washington University Virginia Campus. She is also a member of the Arthur W. Page Society. Previously, Charlene was the chairman of the board of Fairfax Futures, Inc., a non-profit group dedicated to the advocacy and development of early learning programs for children in Northern Virginia and on the board of Women in Aerospace.

Wheeless graduated from New Mexico State University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and public relations. She earned a master’s degree in public communications at American University in Washington, D.C., and a master’s of business administration and marketing from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
