John Deardorff

John Deardorff, FACHE is the president and chief executive officer for Reston Hospital Center and the lead executive for HCA Virginia Health System’s Northern Virginia Market. Throughout his healthcare career of more than 15 years, John has served in a variety of executive and leadership roles and chief executive officer of several HCA hospitals in Florida and Georgia.

John received a bachelor of science degree from Towson University in Maryland, with a double major in business administration and health services management, and a master of health administration degree from George Washington University.

Cindy Glover

Cindy Glover, RN, MBA, CNAA-BC is Reston Hospital Center's vice president/chief nursing officer.

Prior to joining Reston Hospital Center as chief nursing officer in 1998, Cindy served in the same capacity at HCA's Pentagon City Hospital in Arlington, VA. She also served as the clinical director of Nursing at Arlington Hospital Center, which was in a joint venture agreement with HCA.

Cindy earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from George Mason University and a master's degree in business administration from Averett College. Cindy is also board-certified in nursing administration by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Jane Raymond

Jane Raymond is Reston Hospital Center's vice president/chief operating officer and also services as the ethics and compliance officer.

Prior to working at Reston Hospital Center, Jane served in the United States Air Force as an active duty critical care nurse and captain from 1980 to 1983. After serving in active duty, Jane served as a charge nurse at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC - while also serving our country as a major in the Air Force reserves.

Jane earned an associate's degree in nursing from Lasell Junior College and a bachelor's degree in nursing from Northeastern University in Massachusetts. Jane went on to earn her master's in business administration from George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Ed Stojakovich

Ed Stojakovich is the vice president/chief financial officer at Reston Hospital Center, and has worked for HCA hospitals since 1985.

Aside from Ed's experience at HCA hospitals, he also worked as the Patient Accounts manager at Mariners Hospital in Tavernier, Florida and Business Office manager at James Archer Smith Hospital in Homestead, Florida.

Ed holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Ohio University and is a cum laude graduate in accounting from Methodist College in North Carolina.

Lesley Channell

Lesley Channell is the assistant vice president of Human Resources, and provides support for HCA's Northern Virginia market.

Lesley received her bachelor's degree from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York and later earned her master's degree in business administration/human resources management from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York. She has been certified as a professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resources Management.
